General Policies:

As used herein, Green$aver® Classifieds, LLC will hereafter be referenced as "we", "GreenSaver Classifieds", "GreenSaverNH.com", or "greensavernh.com".

Note:  You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms contained in these Policies before using the GreenSaver Classifieds website. We may amend these policies from to time by listing the amended terms on GreenSaver Classifieds' Our NH Page. This agreement may not be amended by you except in writing signed by you and GreenSaver Classifieds. These policies are effective on 09/25/03. All rights reserved.
  • The Sellers and Buyers must be 18 years old or more to form legally binding contracts. However, GreenSaver Classifieds does not have any responsibility for verifying the age or character of Sellers and Buyers and reminds both Sellers and Buyers to take steps to protect themselves from fraud or mistake.
  • GreenSaver Classifieds does not give credit or refunds for cancelled classified ads that have been paid for under most circumstances. No refunds will be made for misprint errors, but the error will be fixed at no charge and re-run for the next website update. Ad adjustments are allowed by the advertiser within the first week of an error. GreenSaver Classifieds is not responsible for more than one incorrect run of any ad.
  • All ads of the GreenSaver Classifieds will become our property and may not be reproduced in any form. Permission of the publisher must be obtained before copying any of the content from the GreenSaver Classifieds website.
  • It is our policy to refuse to place ads for Sellers, and to block access to the site of Buyers, who send unsolicited e-mail, send threatening or profane e-mail, or provide us with false contact information.
  • If you paid for an item and never received it (or if you received the item, but it is less than what was described), GreenSaver Classifieds is not liable.
  • GreenSaver Classifieds does not imply any warranty for the quality of goods, nor is it responsible for the condition of any item.
  • The services hereunder are offered by GreenSaver Classifieds, P.O. Box 2252 Concord, NH 03302. You may have this same information e-mailed to you by sending a letter to the foregoing address with your e-mail address and a request for this information.
  • Notices: Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any legal notices shall be given by postal mail to GreenSaver Classifieds; Attn: Atty. Lawson & Persson, 67 Water Street, Suite 103, Laconia, NH 03246 or e-mail to mike@laconialaw.com. Such legal notices shall be deemed given 24 hours after e-mail is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the e-mail address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to GreenSaver Classifieds during the ad placement process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing. Disputes between you and GreenSaver Classifieds regarding our services may be also reported by using our  Contact Us page.
  • We encourage you to report all user-to-user disputes to Greensaver Classifieds by using our Contact Us page, your local law enforcement, postmaster general, or a certified mediation or arbitration entity.
  • This website is All content included on the GreenSaver Classifieds’ website, such as text, graphics, photos, button icons, logos, and images is the property of GreenSaver Classifieds. This material may be used as a shopping resource by users. All software used on this site is the property of GreenSaver Classifieds and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any other use of our software by users, including the reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, alteration, creating derivative works, public display or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.

Advertisers Policies:

  • Ads are to be placed by New Hampshire Advertisers only. Please, no 1-800 type contact phone numbers, just phone numbers from NH residents. Cell phones are accepted if a NH address.
  • Please, only 1 ad per form, unless the items are related and sold as a set. Small related items may be displayed in a single ad. The Ad Fee will be based on the sum of the items.
  • Please include only quality used goods at reasonable prices.

    • All Ad Fees are good for 6 months. There are no commissions.
    • * Ad Process Fees:  There is an added $2.00 process fee if you don't place your ad online or by e-mail, but send it by Phone / FAX / Mail, or Pay by Check. Your ad will be approved 7 business days after we receive a personal check, money order, or bank draft.
    • Please include an ad picture for better success.
    • Rental Ad Fees are based on the asking rental price, whether per week, month, or year.

  • Ad Payment:
    • All ads (including picture service) must be pre-paid prior to publishing.
    • Add a $2.00 processing fee to ads placed with a check or money order. VISA and MasterCard credit cards are encouraged.
    • Add a $2.00 processing fee to ads placed by mail or by phone. Mail your ad by using a GreenSaver Classifieds Ad Form or a copy of one.
  • Deadline for placing ads:  Place your ad by 5 PM Tuesday for the next Sunday's website listing. Ads will be updated weekly by Sunday of each week. Although GreenSaver Classifieds tries to list all ads submitted, we cannot guarantee all ads will be made for that week. Ads are published on an as-time-permits basis.
  • GreenSaver Classifieds Ads are "For Sale by Owner" only. No Third Party or Commercial Agency Ads are allowed for now. Use our Contact Us page to get more details.
    • No Personal Ads, No Religious Ads, and No Firearm Ads (see the examples of Restricted Items).                                                                     Restricted Items
    • Business Cards Ads agreement: GreenSaver Classifieds will publish business card ads. We scan business cards if needed with no charge.
    • Use the MISC. category for any unlisted category.
    • Animal Ads agreement. GreenSaver Classifieds will publish any pet or animal related business or service ad.
    • Use the REAL ESTATE category for properties "For Sale by Owner". This includes Homes & Commercial, Land, Rentals, and Vacation.
  • Pictures are encouraged for all ads. Only one picture per ad; JPEG (jpg) format is best. File size for an attached picture is 30KB min., 400KB max. If your picture is a hardcopy, we scan it with no charge. All pictures are non-returnable.

  • Picture Taking Service: If no picture is available, we offer a Picture Taking Service. Use Contact Us for picture service, email us at info@greensavernh.com , or call 603-286-7041 for more details or an appointment.
    - If you can't come to see us, we can come to see you for a small fee;
    - $5.00 minimum if within 5 miles of our office.
    - $5.00 minimum plus $0.35 per mile if over 5 miles from our office.

  • How to Place an Ad on GreenSaver Classifieds:
    1. Please review the Ad Fees before placing an ad on GreenSaver Classifieds.
    2. Check out GreenSaver's Restricted Items to find out items allowed.
    3. There are 5 ways to Place an Ad on GreenSaver Classifieds:
      1. Online, click on Place Ad
      2. By e-mail, send to ads@greensavernh.com (ad pictures are encouraged).
      3. By Phone, call 603-286-7041
      4. By FAX, call 603-286-7041
    4. Please, only 1 ad per form, unless the items are related and sold as a set. Small related items may be displayed in a single ad. The Ad Fee will be based on the sum of the items.
    5. We prefer Online or e-mail ad forms. There is a $2.00 Ad Process Fee if sent by Phone, FAX, or Mail.
      • Include all proper contact information.
      • Choose your item category.
      • Write an Ad Title - please be complete and descriptive.
      • Ad Description and Specifics #002d try to include what Buyers will want to know. Good things to include are year, quantity, brand, make, model, size, color, condition, and price. Only standard abbreviations allowed.
      • The Payment Method should be included (Visa or MasterCard are encouraged). There is a $2.00 Ad Process Fee if payment is by Cash, Money Order, Cashier Check, or Certified Check. Shipping Information should be included, if applies.
      • Ad Picture - Include an ad picture for better success. Show your item with a good picture. If sending it from your hard drive in a digital format (JPG is preferred), use the Online Ad Form or e-mail attachment. File size is 30KB min., 400KB max. If you don't have a picture, please use review our Picture Taking Service.
      • Pricing and Duration - include the price of your ad. Ads run for 6 months.
      • Your City / Town - This helps people near you find your item.

  1. GreenSaver Classifieds respects each individual's right to personal privacy. GreenSaver Classifieds collects information from Ad Forms. Information we ask includes your name, address, phone number(s), e-mail, and credit card number. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your e-mail address, full name, home address, and credit card number are secure with us. They are removed from the computer after use.
  2. We use outside companies to host our website and process credit card transactions. The information collected by these companies is not shared or stored in any way.
  3. The information we collect will be used solely by GreenSaver Classifieds for statistical purposes.
  4. GreenSaver Classifieds will not give your personally identifiable information to advertisers.
  5. Your information will be shared with third parties for such services (like a dispute resolution) only when necessary and under confidential restrictions.
  6. Third parties are not allowed to sell your information or to disclose it in any way without your consent.
  7. The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or selling history. We will not supplement information collected at our website with data from other sources.
  8. GreenSaver Classifieds maintains the accuracy of our information by requiring the use of our "Contact Us" page, by sending an e-mail to: info@greensavernh.com, or calling 603-286-7041 for all updates and changes.
  9. GreenSaver Classifieds protects user information with the following security measures: secure servers and firewalls used to protect consumer privacy.
  10. If you object to your information being used in any of the ways described herein, please do not use our website.
